-Create a daily checklist of tasks

-Look in the mirror and thank yourself for something

-Complete your daily goal to assist with habit building

10-minute easy-paced run or walk
Push
[2.5 min (or .25 miles) easy - 2.5 min or (0.25 miles) push] repeat 2-4x
Cool Down
10-minute easy-paced run or walk for cool down
