The 4-Week Reset

Get back on track with four weeks of scheduled workouts and good habits.

FAQs

What is included in the plan?

  • Four weeks of workouts (both videos and written)

  • Stretching routines

  • Habit-building checklists; such as water intake, mid-day walks, and breathing exercises

  • Weekly themes: creating habits, intuitive eating, fitness goals, and implementing meditation

  • Optional 10-minute phone call following plan to access progress and discuss optimal next steps in your fitness journey

What can I expect to accomplish after four weeks?

Oh man. I’ve done this before and it reallly realllly reallllllly helped me get my routine back. Some of the things you can accomplish, if they are your goal, are:

  • Feeling in control of your health

  • Losing weight

  • Increasing muscle tone and definition

  • Building or progressing a solid fitness foundation

  • Forming a positive mindset with yourself and the world around you

  • Getting back into a routine

We know your background is in running, is this only a running plan?

The answer is no. This plan has a healthy mix of strength training and cardio. On cardio days, you will have the option between running and another activity. You’ve got options - both equally amazing, in my biased opinion.

For myself, I’d use this plan to increase muscle tone before heading into a running training plan. If you are currently “base building” before training for a race, feel free to run the majority of your cardio days to work on increasing your weekly mileage.

My background is in running, but I enjoy all types of fitness. I haven’t met a workout I didn’t love (in all transparency, I’m pretty bad at throwing a frisbee so don’t start me on your ultimate frisbee team). If I could be a part of every fitness studio I would, but my bank account says that probably wouldn’t be a good idea.

Ideally, who is this plan for?

Whether you want to become a stronger runner, you want to fit into your favorite pair of jeans, you want to have more energy to play with your kids, or you want to finally find a healthy balance adding fitness to your routine… this plan is great for you.

Saying that, most of the workouts are structured for intermediate to advanced levels, but don’t let that deter you. One of the goals of the plan is to monitor your progression over the four weeks, so if you are finding you can only complete 50% of a workout in Week 1, in Week 3 you’ll have the chance to complete this workout again with the goal of accomplishing more than you previously did.

Is this just a fitness plan?

I like to look at this plan as much more than just physical. I struggle from anxiety and know how important it is to connect the mind and body. There will be practices included in this plan to help with forming a positive relationship with yourself and the world around you. Sounds corny but IT WORKS.

Do I need any equipment to do the workouts?

An exercise band and light weight (~5 lbs) would be nice, but not necessary. Every workout can be done with just body weight and/or household items like a wine bottle.

When is the plan released?

January 4 - but you can preorder (see below) for a discount!

How much does the plan cost?

I wanted to make this plan as affordable as I could offer. For personal training, I typically will charge $150/month for running training and $30-60/class for in-person or a Skype strength or HIIT workout.

The plan is $55 if you sign up by yourself, or $45/person if you sign up with a friend. 💪

How do I sign up?

Where is the plan??

The plan will launch on my website on January 4 and can be found in the Navigation bar and the top of my website under the name “The 4-Week Reset”.
