-Look in the mirror and thank yourself for something

-Create a daily checklist of tasks

-Complete your daily goal to assist with habit building

-Go on a 20 minute walk
Recovery Stretch
Today is a rest day. You’ve earned it! Get in a nice stretch, a short walk, and enjoy the day. Week 3 is complete!
Recommended Equipment
Yoga mat.
A yoga or floor mat is preferable as well for comfort.
